17-24-april---integrating-sensory-play-into-your-classroom11.png

Sensory play has countless benefits including the development of gross and fine motor skills,
supporting language development, problem solving skills and social interaction.
Debbie will outline what sensory play is and why we use it with the children we work with,
giving simple and innovative ways of using sensory play activities.
There will be focus on sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell and our 3 hidden sensory
systems.
There will be actionable ideas including breathing techniques, brain breaks, and fidget toys,
valuable resources and recipes that will make sensory play part of your daily routine.
Debbie will also discuss movement, rhythmic activities, messy play and the development of
sensory trays.

Don't miss this opportunity to enhance the child's development, build relationships, support
regulation and provide an inclusive environment, through the magic of sensory play.
