| Description: |
To introduce teachers to the value of the interactive whiteboard as a teaching tool. Teachers will complete the course with a range of resources created for the interactive whiteboard. Teachers will experience and learn how to integrate creative tools (e.g. powerpoint, flash etc).
This course will include:
- Introduction to hardware requirements for interactive whiteboard
- Software packages used on interactive whiteboard
- Using basic interactive whiteboard
- Looking at resources included with interactive whiteboard software
- Capturing, saving and retrieving interactive whiteboard resources
- Teachers creating own resources for interactive whiteboard
- Integrating other creative tools (Powerpoint, flash)
- Sourcing interactive whiteboard resources in the web
