Running A Seashore Safari & Other Marine Cross Curricular Activities |

In association with The Marine Institute
This course will help to encourage teachers to develop the following skills with their pupils:
- Working scientifically; questioning, observing, predicting, investigating, experimenting, estimating & measuring, analyzing, recording & communicating.
- Designing and Making; exploring, planning, making, evaluating.
- Using cross-curricular subjects to make a connection with what has been learnt through the science and the sea curriculum.
This course will include:
- Introduction to Marine Institute
- Fieldtrips to Seashore.
- Celebrating the sea through art and games.
- Ireland, History and the Sea.
- Using ICT to support SESE.
